STATE COLLEGE, Pa., Oct. 22 /PRNewswire/ — All Traffic Solutions, the leader in traffic safety outcomes, is pleased to introduce a new grant program called "School Zone Safety." Schools with students in elementary, middle and/or high school can apply for the grant, which will award a radar speed display to the institution that best demonstrates a proactive traffic safety program and identifies how traffic calming devices will improve overall student safety.

All Traffic Solutions works closely with municipalities and other organizations responsible for public safety to ensure that the highest level of safety outcomes is realized. Scott Johnson, Vice President of All Traffic Solutions explains, "School zones present special challenges, with traffic flow heavier at opening and closing times, the presence of student drivers, and a large number of students of all ages on foot. At All Traffic Solutions we focus on eliminating the incidence of accidents and injuries and work with schools to improve traffic-related safety measures. The School Zone Safety grant program is intended to reward schools displaying initiative when it comes to student safety relative to vehicles."
